All orders will be shipped via DHL Express ground unless otherwise described on the item or individually with the customer. Ground shipping is free on all items shipped within the USA. Orders placed before 1:00 PM Pacific time weekdays will be shipped the same day. A tracking number will be provided via e-mail if requested.
Order cancellations must be requested prior to shipping, so same day before 3:00 pm Pacific. Any request for cancellation after this time will be subject to a 10% restocking fee or the actual cost of shipping both ways, whichever is the greater amount.
Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.Prior to returning any item, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA) either by phone or e-mail. Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges unless return is due to damage from shipping. If after examining returned items no damage is found, a 15% restocking fee will be charged. Any product returned without all of the original packaging, accessories, and paperwork will be assessed a deduction for the items that are missing. Items received after 30 days of issuance of the RA will be refused. Also any item returned without the barcodes, UPC, and/or serial number removed either from the packaging or the unit will be refused. Special orders and televisions over 20 inches may not be returned.
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, again unless due to damage in shipping. If the product is returned in the original factory sealed carton and will be exchanced for another item, the restocking fee will be waived. Refunds will be by company check and will be sent within 3 buisness days of returned product.

Q: Do you match competitors prices? A: According to the policies of our vendors, we, and any other legitimate dealer, may not advertise below the prices that we have listed. Therefore, we, in accordance with our vendors will hold to the policy. We may from time to time throw in additional bonuses and of course freight, but there is no price guarantee.
